Program Overview and Scope
The Tuition Fee Waiver Program is an initiative by the Russian Pablodar University of Medical Sciences (RPUMS) to attract and support highly motivated international applicants demonstrating outstanding academic merit and dedication to the field of medicine. This program is offered exclusively for the Spring Intake 2026.

Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the Tuition Fee Waiver:
- Academic Performance: Completion of secondary education (or equivalent) with outstanding grades in core sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
- Program Enrollment: Must be admitted into the General Medicine (MBBS/MD) or Dentistry program for the Spring 2026 intake.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in English (for English-taught programs) or successful completion of the RPUMS Preparatory Language Course.
- Interview: Successful completion of a mandatory online interview with the Admissions Committee.
