Visa Invitation Letters
Russian Pablodar University of Medical Sciences (RPUMS) informs all newly admitted international students that visa invitation letters will be issued only after full confirmation of the required fee payment. Once payment is verified, the invitation letter will be processed and sent to your registered email address. Students may then apply for a visa at the nearest Russian embassy or consulate.

Semester Intake Deadline
Russian Pablodar University of Medical Sciences (RPUMS) reminds all applicants that the final deadline for the upcoming semester intake is December 31. Students who do not complete the payment and confirmation process by this date will have their applications withdrawn and may reapply for the next available intake.

Authorized Payment Agent
This is an official notice from Russian Pablodar University of Medical Sciences (RPUMS) confirming that European Scholarship Group LLC is an authorized international payment and scholarship processing agent for selected applicants. Students must follow the payment instructions outlined in their official invoice. RPUMS will not recognize payments made to any unauthorized accounts or individuals.

To ensure applicant safety and authenticity of communication, Russian Pablodar University of Medical Sciences (RPUMS) advises all students to verify admission-related emails, letters, and invoices directly through the official Admissions Department. (post@rpums.ru) Only proceed with payments once you have verified the documents and bank details provided by RPUMS or its authorized agent.

Transfer Applications Open
Russian Pablodar University of Medical Sciences (RPUMS) is now accepting transfer applications for the 2025–2026 academic year. Eligible students wishing to transfer into Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, or Nursing programs must submit:
- Official academic transcripts
- Course syllabi of completed subjects
- Copy of passport
- Letter of good standing from current institution

Preparatory Language Course Completion
Russian Pablodar University of Medical Sciences (RPUMS) announces that all students who successfully complete the Preparatory Language Course will be eligible to progress into their chosen undergraduate or postgraduate specialty programs. Please ensure all academic requirements, attendance, and assessments are fulfilled before transitioning into the main program.
