Global Cooperation Strategy
The Russian Pablodar University of Medical Sciences (RPUMS) is dedicated to integrating into the global academic community. Our International Affairs department actively works to establish partnerships with foreign universities, research centers, and educational organizations to facilitate student exchange, joint research projects, and the internationalization of our medical curriculum.

Official International Recruitment & Payment Partner
Due to current international banking regulations and the suspension of IBAN transfers for the Russian Federation, RPUMS has officially appointed and accredited European Scholarship Group LLC as our exclusive partner for international student recruitment and financial processing.
IMPORTANT: European Scholarship Group LLC is the sole authorized entity to process tuition fee payments and scholarship disbursements for international applicants. They are also our designated partner for the Tuition Fee Waiver Program.

Step-by-Step International Recruitment Process

Submit Application
Prospective students must first submit their initial application and documents directly through our official university portal. This ensures your data is registered in our central system.

Receive Offer & Invoicing
Upon review and acceptance of your application, you will receive an official Offer Letter and an Invoice for tuition fees. Note that this invoice will be generated in coordination with our authorized partner, European Scholarship Group LLC, to facilitate secure international transfer.

Tuition Fee Payment
To accept the offer, you must clear the tuition fee payment as instructed in your invoice. Payment confirmation is verified by our authorized agent and updated in the university system.

Invitation Letter Issuance
Once the payment is fully verified, RPUMS will issue the official Visa Invitation Letter required by the Russian Federal Migration Service. This document will be sent to your registered email.

Visa Application & Arrival
Apply for your student visa at the nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate using the Invitation Letter. Upon receiving your visa, you may book your travel and inform the International Department of your arrival date for campus reception.
