Official University Refund Policy
Rules and procedures for fee reimbursement for prospective and current students.
General Refund Conditions
All refunds are processed strictly according to the financial regulations of the Russian Pablodar University of Medical Sciences (RPUMS). Requests for reimbursement must be submitted in writing to the Financial Department (finance@rpums.ru).
Processing refunds may take up to 45 working days from the date the written request is formally approved by the Rectorate. All bank charges incurred during the transfer process will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Policy by Fee Type
1. Application Fee
The Application Fee covers administrative costs associated with processing documents, evaluating credentials, and conducting entrance interviews. This fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the outcome of the application (acceptance or rejection).
Status: NON-REFUNDABLE
2. Admission Deposit / Reservation Fee
The Admission Deposit reserves the student’s seat in the program.
- If Visa is Rejected: 100% of the Admission Deposit is refundable upon submission of official documentation from the Russian Embassy/Consulate confirming visa refusal.
- Voluntary Withdrawal: If the student withdraws their application after receiving the Invitation Letter but before commencing classes, the Admission Deposit is non-refundable.
3. Tuition Fees (First Semester)
Reimbursement of tuition fees is calculated based on the timing of the withdrawal:
- Before Visa Application: 100% refundable (minus the Admission Deposit, if applicable).
- After Visa Application but Before Classes: Refundable (minus administrative fees and mandatory fees incurred).
- After Classes Commence: No portion of the tuition fee is refundable once the semester officially begins and the student has registered for classes.
